CARE Centre is Here For Refugee Internationally Educated Nurses, their Families and Communities

CARE Centre joins all Ontarians in welcoming Syrian and other refugees to live and work in Canada free of fear and hardship, building new lives of promise and success. Those working to help settle individuals and families are asked to refer any internationally educated nurses to CARE Centre where we can assist them in the process of re-establishing their nursing careers. Many of CARE Centre’s staff, colleagues and member IENs are volunteering with groups like Lifeline Syria and others to assist in any way they can.

One well-known community organization, CultureLink, has set up a Donation Centre which is too full to accept any more clothing donations but desperately needs volunteers to sort clothing to deliver to newly arrived refugees.
