	CAN CARE HELP YOU? If you answer 'yes' to all of these questions, you can join CARE. YES I was educated as a nurse before I moved to Canada. YES I have the results of my assessment by the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO). YES I am a permanent resident* of Ontario OR I am a live-in-caregiver and I have already applied for permanent residency status in Canada. *A 'permanent resident' is a Canadian citizen, or a landed immigrant, or a Convention refugee.

Giving Nurses a Helping Hand Every year, many women and men immigrate to Ontario who are educated and experienced as nurses. Naturally, they hope to continue their nursing careers in Ontario as quickly as possible.
