-copy of PR card or any other immigration document
-proof of copy of NNAS application (if you have)
-$150 lifetime CARE for Nurses membership (if you decide to be supported and participate in the services of CARE for Nurses)
These documents are not mandatory to join the free information session. We just ask that you please bring them if you have any of them.
